The Section President for Lebialem II, Chief Fotsop Yimnai Asaah has applauded the militants for their steadfastness, urging them of the need to consolidate the party’s victory this 2025.
During a meeting to evaluate activities for 2024, the Section President hailed the militants for their sacrifices and effective participation of militants be it through physical or financial contributions in all party activities. He stated that militants of Alou showed interest in party activities in 2024 than the previous years. HRH Chief Fotsop urged militants to continue with such spirit, as it is through such that all traces of the opposition shall be completely erased in the area. “We have proven our total loyalty to the party. We have always answered present and participate effectively in all party activities, we have shun all fears and threats to storm our Sub divisional head quarter to carry out party manifestations, we raised huge sums of money through collective efforts for celebrations, and lots of others. Our actions in 2024 is proof that we are ready to face the Presidential and Regional elections of 2025 as well as the municipal and legislative election of 2026”.
The section president stressed on the need for massive voter registration as well as massive turn out during voting, in order to widen the victory margin. It was also an opportunity to congratulate the leadership of the party in Lebialem Division, headed by Minister Paul Tasong, for the push and support given to the different sections through out 2024.
Militants on their part responded positively to the address of the Section President. The WCPDM section president, Beatrice Asongna, the YCDM, Collins Chomo, the mayor of Alou, Pierre Marie Metsatedem, and a host of militants, expressed gratitude to the Section executive for the smooth coordination of the party activities. They expressed satisfaction with the presentation of all financial accounts, which details of all incomes and expenditures.
In all they joined their voices to celebrate 2024 as a year of great achievement for the section, while hoping and determined to make 2025 a year of greater achievements.
