A strategic move to ensure a steady none interruption of power supply to the council hall for administrative services, civil status registration and public meetings has set sail in the Andeck Municipality.

The Felicity Hybrid 600KW inverter system with Lithium batteries acquired and installed by the Andeck council is a welcome imitative of the Mayor, Ubangoh Helly Mayelle and parners of the council. The lace of energy as well as the poor supply in the area has accounted for the slowness of administrative and community activities. The new and welcome power project is a booster and with it, it is hoped that constant power supply for effective services delivery to the population will be ensured.
Ubangoh Helly, has termed this “a strategic investment”. In his bead to reduce dependence on national grid, fuel generators, the cut on operational cost, to support celebrations and other public events hosted at the council premises; the Mayor of Andeck is promoting clean energy in line with government’s policy on renewable and sustainable development.
The installation by qualified technicians of the Hybrid power system is said to have the capability to power essential loads during outages.
Mayor Ubangoh is acclaimed for his courage to transformed the Andeck Municipality to a complete construction site. Several areas of the Municipality have work going on, including a rural electrification project in Abebung, Bonambufei villages, the construction of a Health Centre in Mengom New lay out, the construction of a community hall in Angong village, the rehabilitation of council roads and pavement of bad portions on some roads. All of these and more are good initiatives carried out to give the population Andeck and Ngie an acceptable standard of living.
