CPDM militants of Mezam 1C Section joined the population of the subdivision in the Mezam to give Ayuni Austine Sakah a hilarious welcome during his installation ceremony recently.
Vibrant militants of the section led by the Section President, Che Ndaka Nicholas, came out in their numbers to animate the ceremony and to assure the new administrative boss that the people of his jurisdiction are ready to collaborate with him. The installation ceremony took place on 27 July 2022 at the esplanade of the Bamenda III municipal council in the presence of several dignitaries.
The Subdivision which is the most crowded in Bamenda due to the influx of IDPs who have taken refuge in the area has enlarged the population base.
At the installation ceremony, the Senior Divisional Officer for Mezam, Simon Emile Mooh saluted outgone Divisional Officer George Emmanuel Magliore Basiliken for his two years and one month spent in the Subdivision and recorded a positive mark in the fight against Covid-19, chieftaincy matters, farmer grazer conflicts and the maintenance of peace in his area of command.
To the new Divisional Officer, Ayuni Austine Sakah, Simon Emile Mooh told him to guard against criminality of all forms amongst which is kidnappings. He was challenged to continue ensuring the integrity and respect for the laws of the State, make sure all civil servants are in their duty posts, promote living together, promote democracy and remind the population to be law abiding by paying their taxes regularly.
Together with the Mayor, Austine Sakah is to collaborate to bring back normalcy for the people to pay their council taxes while the inhabitants are to collaborate in all areas to the success and growth of the subdivision.
Born on 24 May 1975 in Kumbo, Bui Division of North West, Ayuni Austine Sakah is a Senior Administrative officer. In 2003, he began ascending the ladder of his career first as support staff at MINAT till 2006 then 1st Assistant SDO in Mamfe and later D.O of Akwaya till 2017. He was D.O for Mouanko, Sanaga Maritime till July 14, 2022.
