The former SDF vice coordinator for Ngoketunjia division in the Nortth West region has decided to join forces with the CPDM, opting to continue her political journey with the ruling party.
The prominent figure of the SDF in Ngoketunjia division for over ten years, has had her dreams to contribute to nation building through the SDF bashed by numerous factors. She has now turned the page and has joined the CPDM where she thinks a catch up is possible. She was received in audience by the Secretary General of the CPDM July 10 at the lake side party headquarters in Yaounde.
Joining the party at a crucial point when the nation is gearing up to a serious election and choosing the CPDM is a pointer to the fact that the effort of the CPDM is appreciated. It takes courage to break away from a former party and publicly declare you belonging to the advancing and development oriented CPDM. The national President of the CPDM, Paul Biya has not ceased to preach peace and love for the nation. He has continued to involve and encourage every Cameroonian, given the opportunity to contribute their quota in the advancement of the nation. The Secretary General, has stayed in those dynamics and Rekia desire to join the party despite being an opposition yesterday was still granted.
The meeting with the CPDM’s SG would have been full of instruction considering that the nation is at a few weeks only to the convening of the electoral core. CPDM’s newest militant Rekia has the huge responsibility to hit the ground running, take advantage of the last few weeks and cause the necessary effect and changes in the Ngoketunjia division.
