A grand rally dupped “reconciliation and Peacefull Cohabitation” takes place Saturday 9 August in Widikum, Momo division of the North west region.
Brainchild of Senator Enwe Francis Abi, who doubles as the coordinator of the peace process and Senator of the Momo North constituency. This event aims at healing wounds, mending fissure caused by the brutal activities of separatists. The historic event plans to Fastrack, speed up and bring the healing process in this area particularly hit by the nefarious activities of separatist to perfection. In the word of the Coordinator, Senator Enwe Francis, “We are looking forward to a complete reestablishment of love, peace, unity which are ingredient of the peaceful cohabitation we crave for in Widikum”.
Senator Enwe Francis has been very instrumental in his crusade for lasting peace in Widikum, Momo division and the North west region of Cameroon. He is reputed for his ability to tread on dangerous grounds in his unbeatable quest to fetch out and bring to normal life young people who have been mislead and branded as Separatist fighters to their own destruction. His efforts have brought great results and still counting.
The upcoming August 9 lap of Senator Enwe’s push for peace promises to be a total game changer. The Senator pans to bring both victims and perpetrators together on the sane dancing floor and dinning table. A total celebration of the power of love over hate.
A great mobilization is ongoing to bring religious authorities to come and pray with these people and invoke the forgiving grace of God upon them so that they can mutually forgive themselves, join hands together as a people and pick up their pieces. The cultural aspect will not be overlooked as all villages of Widikum have been engaged to perform different cultural dances. This as a way to morn their dead sent to early graves by the wicked separatists’ excesses and cleanse the land of all such evil.
Widikum is thus on the high way to a complete turn around especially for its youth. Senator Enwe has always held young people in his natal Widikum in very high esteem. He stops at nothing to show the right path and redirect them when they derail. As he goes to meet them again for this ground breaking and historic reconciliation bead, he is not going empty handed. Senator Enwe Francis has reserved important life transforming gifts to be offered youths freely for their empowerment so they can start and pursue life responsibly and together again in love, unity and peace.
